 Identifying The New NTC/INSTILL Modules That Carry or Comes With The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Points After Completion 

 There Are Many Modules On The Website of Upskill/Instill Education Website For About 30,000 Teachers To Select From, Enroll, Do Follow-Up Activities For Professional Development Which Comes With Points.

The National Teaching Council in partnership with Instill Education is offering Ghanaian teachers an online self learning programme to earn CPD points by completing two modules of their choice on the Upskill@Instill platform!

The modules for head teachers are focused on School Improvement Planning, Classroom Observation of Teachers, and Improving School-Wide Routines for headteachers. 

The modules for teachers are focused on Classroom Management, Learner Engagement, Universal Design for Learning, and Curriculum Planning. Please choose the two modules that you want to complete in the programme below. 

Please note, the following: Programme Duration: 1st August – 30 September 2022. Enjoy your upskilling and CPD journey!

Module Selection

There are 20 modules that you can choose from as part of the programme. You will have four weeks to complete the first module, and an additional four weeks to complete the second module.

The modules available for the training are below in the next two sections. Please select ONE module that you would like to complete in the first four weeks of the training, and ONE module that you would like to complete in the second half of the training.

  9. Applying Universal Design For Learning To Improve Learner Understanding.
  10. Bridging The Gap (Teacher Module).
  11. Building Classroom Routines For Learning (Teacher Module).
  12. Checking of Understanding With Dipsticking (Teacher Module).
  13. Engaging All Learners Through Choral Response (Teacher Module).
  14. Engaging All Learners Through Choral Cold Calling (Teacher Module).
  15. Engaging All Learners Through Turn and Walk (Teacher Module)
  16. Engaging All Learners Through Writing (Teacher Module).
  17. Reinforcing Learner Expectations (Teacher Module).
  18. Setting Clear Expectations With Learners (Teacher Module).
  19. Supporting Learners Experiencing Grief (Teacher Module).
  20. Unpacking Learning Outcomes (Teacher Module).
